Namaste’ spa 24 hour cancellation policy:

– We ask you to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment(s).

– If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be a 50% service fee charged. We do understand emergencies or illness happen. If you are no longer able to come due to an emergency…please call the front desk ASAP to let them know you are not coming and your fee will be waived accordingily: 607.333.4778

– If you don’t show up “NO SHOW” without canceling, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment(s). 100% Please do not no show your appointments. This does not allow us time to re-book the time slots and our therapists depend on your attendance.
