All appointments have been planned to allow the appropriate time for complete enjoyment of your scheduled service. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment’s start time so that we may begin at the scheduled time. This allows time for you to fill out new client paperwork (if applicable), have a consultation with your therapist, change your clothes and use the restroom. If you arrive late, this will limit our ability to offer you the full appointment length you have booked. Please note that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. This allows us to maintain prompt service to those clients with services booked after you. Treatments are rendered for the remainder of scheduled service and you are responsible for the full payment of booked services.

Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time for your appointment.


Inappropriate behavior and conduct is never accepted and results in the immediate termination of services The full price of the service scheduled will be charged to your account and you will not be permitted to return to Namaste.


Please turn off all electronic devices prior to your appointment beginning so that we may maintain a calm, peaceful environment in our facility for all guests.


A signature by a parent or guardian is required on the new client form for any client under 18 years of age.
